Kiley Rasmussen is the Personal Injury Manager at Swift Institute, bringing over four years of experience in personal injury case management and three years of prior experience as a paralegal. In her role as PI Manager, she oversees case progression, supports clients through complex legal processes, and ensures that each matter is handled with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. A Reno native, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Nevada, Reno before obtaining a paralegal certificate, combining business insight with a strong foundation in legal procedure and client advocacy. Outside of work, Kiley enjoys attempting to improve her golf game, walking her dogs, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. She also recently earned her real estate license, expanding her professional expertise and opening the door to new opportunities in the real estate industry.
