Certain lifestyle choices can decrease your chances of developing a vein condition. These include maintaining a healthy weight and incorporating 30 minutes of daily exercise. Activities recommended include walking, climbing stairs, bicycling or swimming. This type of exercise can take the pressure off the veins by reducing the pool of blood in the calf muscles. A medical evaluation may be considered if you experience any of the above symptoms, please request an appointment here, or call (702) 550-7025 in Henderson or (775) 325-3600 in Reno and Carson.
