High Fives Foundation
High Fives focuses on preventing life-changing injuries while providing resources and hope when they occur, with a vision to create a universal shift in outdoor sports that expands what is possible for those affected. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 2009, High Fives Foundation serves as the safety net of the outdoor sports community, helping countless injured athletes and Veterans return to doing what they love while leading efforts in education, prevention, and recovery. We have been a proud partner since 2014 and are honored to support this mission, with our Chairman, Founder, and President, Dr. Lynch, and our CEO, Jake Hargis, both serving on the Board of Trustees for the High Fives Foundation.
Renown Children's Hospital
Dr. Lynch is a proud contributor to Renown Children’s Hospital, the only dedicated children’s hospital in northern Nevada, which offers a wide range of programs and services specifically designed to care for our community’s families. We are honored to support their mission of delivering exceptional pediatric care and advancing the health and well-being of children throughout our region.
Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows
The Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows includes nearly 130 different programs, events and activities to meet the diverse needs and interests of our children members ages 0-18 in the Truckee Meadows.

Swift Institute is proud to support Community Health Alliance, an organization dedicated to creating healthy outcomes for patients of every income. Operating six health centers throughout Reno and Sparks, Community Health Alliance provides comprehensive medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more, creating a compassionate and accessible system of care that supports healthier, happier lives. Each year, Swift Institute proudly participates in their annual golf tournament, “Par for a Purpose,” which benefits their pediatric programs and provides nearly 11,000 children with access to essential health services, helping to promote the well-being of children throughout our community.

Swift Institute is proud to support Dress for Success® Worldwide, the leading global resource for advancing women in the workplace. Since 1997, Dress for Success has empowered more than 1.3 million women to achieve economic mobility by providing workplace attire, development tools, and a supportive global network. With 130 Network Members across 15 countries, the organization helps women work toward self-sufficiency while offering opportunities for volunteers and community supporters to get involved. Our newest partnership includes donating new and gently used scrubs to support their mission, and we are honored to contribute to their ongoing efforts to empower women around the world.
