  • What should I do if I get hurt at work?
    • Tell your employer immediately. Then, schedule an appointment with an approved medical provider. At your first visit, let us know the injury happened at work so we can start the correct process.
  • What is a C-4 Form, and do I have to fill one out?
    • Yes. The C-4 Form is the official claim form for Nevada workers’ compensation. It must be completed at your first medical visit and submitted within 90 days of the injury. We’ll help you fill it out.
  • Do I have to pay for my visit?
    • No. If your claim is accepted, all approved medical treatment is covered by workers’ comp insurance. You should not be billed directly
  • Can I choose any doctor?
    • Only providers authorized by the workers’ compensation insurer or listed by the Nevada DIR can treat work comp injuries. We are a certified provider, so you’re in the right place.
  • What if my claim is denied?
    • You have the right to appeal. We can provide your medical records and documentation to support your case. We also recommend contacting a work comp attorney or the Nevada DIR for guidance.
  • How long does the process take?
    • It varies. Minor injuries may be resolved quickly, while more serious cases with time off work or long-term treatment can take weeks or months. We’ll be with you through each step.
  • Can I still see my regular doctor?
    • For your work injury, treatment must go through an approved work comp provider (like us). You can still see your regular doctor for non-work-related health issues.
