Due to frequent changes in insurance plans and coverage, we no longer list accepted insurances on our website. To ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information, we kindly ask that you contact our office directly. Our team will be happy to assist you in verifying whether your insurance is accepted.
Referrals & Managed Care Plans
Some health plans have specific rules you must follow in order to be seen by a specialist. We understand that your health insurance company may require authorization from a primary care physician prior to visiting a specialist. As a service to our patients, Swift Institute will check with your insurance company and work with you in order to obtain authorization and documentation as necessary.
If you need to cancel, be considerate of others
As a regional center of excellence, there can be a several-day wait to see one of our physicians. Consequently, if you have to cancel an appointment, please call us as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This enables another patient, who may be in pain, to have your time slot.
About your Initial Appointment
For your initial appointment at spinenevada, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us sufficient time to complete all of the necessary paperwork.
