When should I arrive for my appointment?

  • New Patient Appointments: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

  • Follow-Up Appointments: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Insurance & Payment

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We accept a wide range of insurance plans. However, we are not contracted with the following:

  • Access to Healthcare

  • BCBS Covered California

  • Molina Medicaid

  • Medi-Cal

  • Hometown Health Sensible

Do you offer a cash pay option?

Yes! We offer cash pay options for all services. Patients who pay their full balance upfront may receive a discounted rate. Please speak with your provider at the time of your appointment for more details.

Referrals

Do I need a referral?

  • If you have an HMO plan, your insurance may require a referral. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm.

  • At the beginning of each year, it can be helpful to have an updated referral on file.
