Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada before completing her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stanbridge University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Her clinical experience includes rehabilitation of the elbow, wrist, and fingers, including fractures, tendon lacerations, tendinitis, upper extremity sprains, and nerve injuries. She also has expertise in custom splint fabrication.
In addition to her focus on hand therapy, Morgan has experience working in acute care and rehabilitation settings, where she provides care on a per-diem basis for patients recovering from stroke and spinal cord injuries, as well as those undergoing total joint replacement and rehabilitation for general debility.
Morgan takes a patient-centered approach to care, taking the time to understand each patient's unique needs, goals, and daily activities. Her goal is to help patients overcome physical challenges and develop strategies that allow them to participate as independently as possible in the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and boating during the summer and snowboarding in the winter. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
