Manager of Worker’s Compensation
Kayleigh Brewster is a native northern Nevadan and a 2019 graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Sciences with a focus in Kinesiology. She currently serves as the Manager of the Worker’s Compensation Department, where she is deeply committed to providing high-quality care and support to injured workers in her community.
Kayleigh’s strong work ethic and natural problem-solving abilities have played a key role in her professional growth. She began her career with Swift in a scheduling role and steadily advanced into management, gaining valuable experience and insight along the way. Her background in clinical settings has further strengthened her expertise and contributed to both her personal development and the continued success of the Worker’s Compensation Department.
Outside of her professional life, Kayleigh enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and staying active through regular workouts. She also places a high value on spending quality time with her family. Guided by her personal philosophy of “work hard, play hard,” Kayleigh believes in the importance of pursuing passions both in and out of the workplace, bringing energy, dedication, and balance to everything she does.
